The YMDF series horizontal single suction multi-stage centrifugal pump has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance.
It can be used to transport water, oil, and corrosive media according to the pump material, sealing form, and additional cooling system. The operating temperature is -60 ℃~400 ℃, and the materials include cast iron, ductile iron, 304, 316L, 904, duplex steel, etc.

4、 Structural characteristics
1. YMDF type horizontal multi-stage self balancing centrifugal pump, with symmetrical impeller arrangement, can basically eliminate axial force, and residual axial force is borne by a pair of angular contact ball bearings installed back-to-back. Due to the absence of a balancing device, there is no friction loss or reflux loss of the balancing disc during operation, resulting in an efficiency improvement of 5-14% compared to conventional multi-stage pumps. This completely solves various pump failures caused by the failure of the balancing disc, greatly improving the service life of the pump.
2. Single end face, double end face, and containerized mechanical seals can be used to adapt to media containing a certain amount of particle impurities.
3. The medium will not enter the bearing chamber, ensuring the service life of the bearing and reducing maintenance costs.
